What was to be a lazy Saturday became a BUSY one!

Today the plan was to attend the Airshow in South Carolina, however will the rain we have received over the last few days....knowing my luck I would have gotten one of our cars stuck in the mud so we passed. The kids had been playing nicely, so I told them that I was going to cut the grass. We don't have a large back yard so it should have taken just a few minutes to cut....however the weedwacker was not working right so I tried for 10 minutes to get the bottom off and I finally did and got it fitted so I finished weeding and cutting the lawn. Then I found the patio set needed to be cleaned of so I come into get the cleaning supplies and track dirt into the house. I finished up outside and the come in to sweep, vacuum, and mop when I was wondering what the smell was and it was Bradley....he had not had a bath in about 1-2 weeks. I end up putting him in the bath with Gia.....she thinks its fun to help with Bradley while Connor helps with the soap and towels. Once we are all clean.....the kids and I head off to the Flying Frogs. It is a play area that has tunnels and I had a few get in FREE passes...which is always great.


After playing for 3 hours at Flying Frogs we headed home for naps......and man was it good to take a nap! Then kids wanted cereal for dinner.....I wasn't about to fight with them.....you gotta pick your battles when its just you! They played outside and upstairs for a while and then it was time for popcorn and movie......Harry Potter was on abc so they watched that and enjoyed the popcorn.
Now I have one in my bed asleep and one on the air mattress in his room.
